Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat PKR 250, and it's free automatically once your order reaches PKR 3,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, or Bank Transfer — paying by Bank Transfer gets you 5% off, with our account details shown at checkout.
A piece I want is out of stock — can I still order it?
Yes. Open the product page and choose "Pre-Book This Piece" — leave your name and phone number, and we'll reach out once it's arranged. Pre-booked pieces can take up to 10 days to arrive.
What does "Limited Edition" mean on a piece?
It means that piece was made in a fixed, small run and won't be restocked once it sells out — it's separate from how many are currently in stock.
How do I know if a piece is running low?
A "Only N left" badge appears on the product card and page once a piece is close to selling out, and "Out of Stock" once it does.
